Do I need to provide equipment or supplies?
You provide the vacuum and we'll bring the rest. We have professional grade supplies and equipment that include environmentally friendly chemicals and micro-fiber cloths.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Your personal cheque, cash or an online money transfer will be fine. Please note, payment is due at time of service. Receipts will be provided upon request if you choose not to pay by cheque.
Do I have to be home to let the cleaners in?
There are several options to provide access, please contact us to discuss your arrangements.
What time will the cleaners come to my house?
Regrettably, we can only provide a window of time for their early morning arrival. All other appointments will be completed prior to 5 p.m..
What if I lock the cleaners out?
A lock out fee of $50 will be charged.
What if I forgot to leave a cheque?
No problem, give us a call as soon as you realize the oversight and we'll arrange an alternate method. If you haven't called us, once we arrive at your home, we call you at the contact numbers you provide.
